North Fork Bullet (2010 Colt)

Sire

Tumbleweed

Dam Layla
DOF June 26, 2010
Description

Bullet is the last of our foal crop for 2010, and we couldn’t be happier with this little colt from Layla and our main stallion Tumbleweed.  Beautifully put together with the same sweet head characteristic of all Tumbleweed offspring, he also sports the blue eye from his sire.  The darker brown of his coat will likely turn to black, reflecting his dam’s colouring, as well as the distinctive circle marking around his tail.  Friendly and outgoing, he is everyone’s favourite.

North Fork Noah (2010 Colt)

Sire Tully
Dam Isabel
DOF June 18, 2010
Description Noah is starting life as a strawberry roan and white foal, with two light blue eyes. He may continue to darken to a deeper strawberry although it is hard to tell except for some darker areas shining through as he sheds out his baby hair. Already showing a somewhat bombproof nature, Noah is easy-going and friendly, reaching out to everyone who comes by. Nicely put together, he reflects Tully's tendency for lovely jagged edged patterning and a high amount of feather. Definitely someone to watch for in days to come!

North Fork Peso (2010 Colt)

Sire Tully
Dam Bliss
DOF April 22, 2010
Description Peso has a distinctive 5 dots on his forehead, and two beautiful blue eyes.   He is very outgoing and friendly,  solidly proportioned, and  will be a very heavily feathered, tall and elegant boy when he grows up. Peso is already much bigger than the rest of the foals born at the same time.  We expect him to make 15+hh. Bliss, our lead mare, and Tully as our younger stallion, have outdone themselves putting together this originally marked foal.

North Fork Rorschach (2010 Colt)

Sire Tumbleweed
Dam Priceless
DOF April 22, 2010
Description We are very excited for Priceless’ first foal, Rorschach.  He is exceptionally people-friendly, and very calm.  Presently showing mostly black and white, the grey ring around his eyes suggests that he may turn grey and white overall, which will be very rare.  Rorschach’s sweet head and conformation speaks loudly of his Sire Tumbleweed, who consistently puts out high quality offspring and with Priceless’s sire being Bob the Blagdon, this is a pairing of bloodlines that shouts stallion prospect.

North Fork Roanan (2010 Colt)

Sire Tully
Dam Miss Pio
DOF May 6, 2010
Description Roanan is already showing exceptional feather, great personality, and an endearing tendency to follow us around.   He has two blue eyes and is mainly white with a few well-placed black markings.  Roanan will most likely grow to be 14.2hh due to his dam’s side representing the more traditional Gypsy Cob height.  As part of Tully’s first foal crop we think he’s going to be stunning!

North Fork Lux

Sire Tumbleweed
Dam Layla
DOF June 25, 2009
Description Born in the wee hours of the morning, Lux showed great form early on and we have truly been blown away by how well he is growing up. Even at his young age, he shows fantastic conformation, flowing feather and beautiful movement, gifted from his very famous sire. Very eager to please, he has been well handled, is very people oriented and has been led and lunged. Lux is slated for gelding this year. A family favorite, he would be a fantastic addition to any home for riding or driving. Click here for video.

DOF April 16, 2008
Description True to his parents' lineage, Riot is a wee little colt that will win your heart at first sight. Striking colouring of mostly black with white feet and face, he is well built and a little powerhouse, but loves attention all the same. He shows all the signs for classic Gypsy Cob features, from great mane and feather to excellent confirmation.

North Fork Prince

Sire Clononeen Derrig

DOF April 17, 2008
Description

Prince is a striking colt and is already reflecting his mother Isabel's beautiful strawberry colouring. With his lively personality and confidence, he could follow in his father's footsteps as a remarkable Stallion. Someone to watch for in the future!

We are pleased to announce that Prince has been sold to Tara at Northern Lights Ranch and has left us for the beautiful Ozark Mountains. We'll miss him but know that he's gone to a great home.

North Fork Cash

Sire Tumbleweed
Dam Bliss
DOF May 24, 2008
Description Cash is a strong young colt with rare tricolour black, white and brown markings. His father is the famous Sire of Sires, Clononeen Tumbleweed, who just joined us at North Fork. Coming from such proven bloodlines, he shows all the characteristics that have made his sire so famous. Cash loves people and tends to show his approval with a contented lower lip.He is extremely quick to learn new things, broken to ride and drive (light use) and is very calm in potentially high stress situations.

Cash is in training with Jackie Johnson to continue his general training and also take part in her trick training clinics as a training horse. Some of his new skills have been demonstrated in this year's shows at Mane Event, Calgary Stampede, and in September, also at Spruce Meadows.
